Cancam wreaked havoc during the NM in competition hairdressing!
Cancam Frisør had 6 participants during this year's NM.
The participants from Cancam had put in many hours of training and preparations for this year's Norwegian Championship. And it was extra exciting this year since the competition was to be both the NM and the Nordic Championships. Since the hairdressers from Cancam had invested so much time and energy before the competition, there was a lot more at stake in terms of doing well. The competition took place over two days, Friday and Saturday, and there were several categories. Cancam Frisør participated in: Technical category for women and men as well as women's junior.
The first to go into the "fire" were Halat Lied, Stine Myklebust and Natalya Sylvestersen. The hairdressers had high expectations of themselves! And the tension was palpable. For months, they had trained and perfected the hairdressers for every little strand of hair. The program during the competitions was tight and, like pearls on a string, Anette Bakken, Robert Sjåstad and Karoline Finsås were to participate in the Technical category in the men's subject in and in the junior class, respectively.
The final result for the competitions had to wait until Sunday afternoon to find out, so there were many excited participants walking around nervously. The participants from Cancam were satisfied with what they had done on the podium, but you never know if the style would strike a chord with the judges. And it was a hit, you can safely say that. Time after time, the hairdressers were called up to the podium. The mood was high and the euphoria was complete when all the Cancam hairdressers got positions above 4th place! Fantastic!
