Right of withdrawal and complaint

Right of withdrawal

If you wish to return the item, simply notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will then send you a delivery note which you attach to the outside of the shipment. Do not return the item before you have received it from us, and you will avoid high return costs. Remember to fill in and attach the right of withdrawal form that you received by e-mail together with the order confirmation.

Complaint

Should you be unlucky enough to receive a product with errors or defects, all you have to do is let us know as soon as you discover the error/deficiency. You will then receive a delivery note as well as a customer service complaint form. Do not return the item before you have received it from us, and you will avoid unnecessary return costs. The complaint form is filled out and enclosed with the item. The delivery note is attached to the outside of the shipment before you deliver to the nearest post office.
