Terms of sale

1. In general

Please read through our Terms of Sale. These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods from CC Shop as to consumers. Terms together with your order (confirmed through an order confirmation) constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase.

To shop at cancam.no, you must have a delivery address in Norway. The address must be registered with you at Posten. Alternatively, c/o address can be used. You can create a profile and register the necessary information here . You are not obligated to shop even if you create a profile with us. All information will be stored securely and the information will not be available to third parties.

Otherwise, we will always do our utmost to ensure that our customers have a safe and good shopping experience with us. Happy customers are the best advertisement!

Cancam is an authorized dealer and can therefore guarantee that all the goods are genuine, new, that they have been stored in accordance with to the recommendation of the supplier. We can guarantee that the goods are intended for the Norwegian market.

 Buyer: The person stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as "you", "you", "your" or "your".

3. Order and agreement process

An order is valid when order confirmation has been received by the buyer. Order confirmation is given per e-mail. By placing an order, it is implicitly given that the buyer agrees to follow Cancam.no's purchase conditions. An order/order is valid until the item is canceled or Cancam.no cancels the order in writing/by e-mail.

We are also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online shop, our marketing or in any other way. You still have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Act on the right of withdrawal, see clause 9 of the agreement.

The delivery address for the package must match the address registered on the recipient in Posten 's register. If you want it delivered to another address, c/o name and address must be used.

Read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it and check whether the order confirmation is in accordance with the order.

Deviations between your order and the order confirmation are considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or decline. You still have the right to enforce your original order if it is in accordance with what we have offered. Exceptions may occur, see section 4.

4. Information provided in the online store

We do our utmost to give our customers as correct and complete information about our products as possible. We reserve the right, however, that typographical errors may occur, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to information provided in our online store, our marketing or otherwise.

We also reserve the right that the product images used in the online store may appear with slightly different colors when displayed on different computer screens.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is sold out. In the event of sold-out situations, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the option to accept our new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order, or cancel the order.

Cancam.no will at all times pass on information about products provided by our suppliers. If a product does not comply with the specifications provided by Cancam.no or other sources, it does not in itself entitle the buyer to any claim against Cancam.no. Cancam.no takes no responsibility for consequential errors that may arise due to errors in the given and/or the actual specifications regarding a product. Cancam.no also reserves the right to make errors in the product information.

In the case of campaigns, offers last while stocks last.

5. Prices

All prices are normally stated in Norwegian kroner including VAT, unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right against any printing and writing errors. The total cost of the purchase will appear before ordering and include all possible expenses associated with the purchase such as expenses for postage, shipping, packaging etc.

Price changes

In the event of a price adjustment on an already ordered order, you are always informed of this and you have the right to change or cancel the order.

6. Payment

All payments at Cancam.no go through the payment solution Nets and Riverty, without any additional fees. As a private customer, you can pay with de Vipps, card, invoice or instalments.

If you have chosen invoice as payment method, you can log in here with your bank ID for details and a copy of the invoice.

7. Delivery and delay

Cancam.no delivers to all of Norway, except Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

Remember to check that the delivery address is correct before completing the order. Normally, the package will be sent the same day that we receive your order and you will have the package within 1-7 working days.

All orders are sent using the shipping method that the package allows. The package's value and size will determine the shipping method:

1) Pack in letterbox

2) Pick up in store

Most packages are delivered directly to your mailbox. The package cannot be delivered to your mailbox if:

- The package weighs over 2,000 grams including packaging

- The package is larger than: Length 35, width 25 cm and height 12 cm

- Your mailbox is too small or full of other mail.

If one of the points above applies to your package, the package will be sent for delivery at the post office/post in store. Regardless of the delivery method, you will receive an SMS and/or e-mail notification that the package has been delivered to your mailbox or that it has arrived at the store for collection.

Packages that are not collected within 7 days are automatically returned to Cancam.no at the customer's expense. You will be charged an administration fee of NOK 100 if you do not collect the package on time or have not provided the correct address. This will be deducted from the amount already paid. Any receivables will be credited when the package has been returned to us. If you are unable to collect the parcel within 7 days, you can easily extend the collection deadline in the myPostnord app or at my.postnord.no.

If you make use of the right of cancellation and notify us within the deadline, you only pay the return cost itself. When we have received the item and it is registered in our system - we return the amount paid, minus return shipping, to the account number registered on "My side". A completely completed right of withdrawal form must always be with the goods you return.

8. Examination of the delivery - Transport damage, defects etc

We bear the risk for the products until they are taken over by you, i.e. when you have received the products in your possession. It is therefore very important that you check the shipment for damage upon receipt. Any visible damage must be pointed out to the carrier on receipt, and the carrier must register the damage as part of the receiving process.

If you consider the transport damage to be extensive, we recommend that you refuse to receive the package, so that the carrier must open a claim. In this way, you are sure that the carrier cannot evade responsibility for the damage. Your interests are covered anyway.

After you have received the products, you must, as soon as you have the opportunity to do so, check whether the contents of the delivery are in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport (hidden damage that could not be detected on receipt), or whether the products otherwise have faults or defects (production fault). Any defects in a delivery must be reported to Cancam.no as soon as possible. You can notify us both in writing and orally. We recommend that you contact us in writing. For more information, read section 10.

9. Right of withdrawal - Private individuals

Cancam.no follows the principles of the Right of Cancellation Act for returns with the right to a refund. The cancellation period is 14 days after you receive the delivery . If you wish to return the item, you must notify us within the deadline.

After you have canceled, wait to return the item until you have been sent a delivery note via e-mail by customer service. In the return shipment, you must attach the completed right of withdrawal form that you received by e-mail when ordering. Then attach the return slip you have received from customer service to the outside of the package and deliver to the nearest post office/post office in store. If the return is completed correctly, you only pay the return cost itself.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be delivered to us in the same quantity and condition as you received it and, if possible, in the original packaging, together with a completed right of withdrawal form. All products must be returned to us within 14 days of the customer giving notice that the right of withdrawal will be used. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal on the physical product is broken.

Return shipping in connection with the right of withdrawal is paid by the customer. In the event of a correctly completed return (in accordance with the Withdrawal Period Act), we are obliged to pay you back what you have paid for the product. If the customer has used the item, and this use has reduced the item's value, the Right to Withdrawal Act allows the seller to deduct the reduction in value from the refund. We use the same method for repayment that the purchase was made with.

Refunds must be made within fourteen days after we receive the product from you. The amount that is refunded is the cost of the product minus return costs. Please note that banks and credit card companies can take several banking days to refund money, and it may therefore take some time before you have the money in your account after Cancam.no has completed the refund.

10. Your rights in the event of errors and omissions (Complaint)

If an error or defect is discovered, the consumer must, within a reasonable time after he or she discovered, or should have discovered it, notify the seller that he or she wants to invoke the defect (complaint).

-Report a complaint and wait to send the item back until you have received the delivery note and the complaint note from customer service.

-In the return shipment, you must include the completed complaint form. This is necessary for us to process the complaint and match it to your order.

-Then you attach the delivery note to the outside of the package and deliver to the nearest post office/post in store.

We cover return shipping if the complaint is approved. Should the item be found to be OK, no faults found or damaged by the user, you may be charged a test fee of NOK 150 in addition to the return shipping.

11. Documentation for return shipments

All return shipments to Cancam.no that use the right of withdrawal or complaint must be accompanied by a right of withdrawal form or a complaint slip.

No goods must be returned without customer service being informed and you having received a delivery note. The waybill must be affixed to the outside of the returned shipment.

If the fault is ours, we will of course cover the return shipping.

12. Warranty

Our guarantees do not imply any restrictions on the complaint deadline for goods according to the Consumer Purchase Act. The complaint deadline is two years after you took over the item, or five years if the item is intended to last significantly more than two years. See also section 10.

Cancam is an authorized dealer and can therefore guarantee that all the goods are genuine, new, that they have been stored in accordance with to the recommendation of the supplier. We can guarantee that the goods are intended for the Norwegian market.

13. Personal data

We are concerned that you are completely confident that we handle personal data in a reassuring manner. We basically only process personal data that you provide to us. We need this information to be able to carry out our obligations towards you and to be able to provide you with a customized user experience. Below you will find a detailed description of how we handle this information.

We are required to store this information in connection with accounting, tax handling and any warranty/return handling. Therefore, this information cannot be deleted.

We reserve the right to ask for a date of birth to verify that our customers are over 18 years of age.

For security reasons, we store the IP address used to register the order. Card numbers are not stored by cancam.no beyond what is necessary to ensure efficient handling of any problems with charging, cancellation of reservation and crediting.

We collect and store log data such as which categories and products are viewed or searched for, in order to learn what our customers are interested in, as well as improve product selection and offers. This information is also used to make it possible to show you related products, or to send you newsletters if you have requested it in "My page".

We use cookies so that you e.g. can use our online store. We also use them to find out how our websites are used, so that we can provide you with a customized user experience and so that we can improve ourselves.

We offer newsletters by e-mail for various types of information and offers. You can unsubscribe and unsubscribe from this service easily on "My page".

14. Sales pledge

Cancam.no has a sales lien on the sold goods as security for its claim on the purchase price with the addition of interest and costs until the entire purchase price has been remunerated, cf. §3-14 et seq. of the Pledge Act.

15. Change in terms

Cancam.no reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including as a result of changes in legislation.

16. Disputes

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, you can bring the matter before the Consumer Disputes Committee. Cancam.no will follow the Consumer Disputes Committee's decisions. All disputes must be resolved according to Norwegian law. If the case is brought before the courts, it must be decided in your (the buyer's) jurisdiction, which normally means close to where you live.

17. Force Majeure

Cancam.no cannot take responsibility for consequences caused by elements outside the company's planning control.

Cancam.no is prevented from delivering or carrying out mandatory redelivery or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of similar scope, requisition , seizure, currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of motive power, as well as shortages or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as dealt with in this point, Cancam.no is exempt for all liability other than in cases of complaints to credit it to the defective product's corresponding purchase price.
